  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times may vary based on the destination and customs processing times. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees.

4. SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier issues, or customs processing.

5. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@frontlineaa.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
